110-300-0221(1)(a)(ii) - A plastic container with washed cutlery was observed in the sink designated for handwashing after diaper changing. 110-300-0221(1)(a)(C) - The mat designated for diaper changing was observed to be moisture-resistant, with a piece of cloth placed on top of it. 110-300-0221(4) - No separate container designated for disposing of soiled diapers and diapering supplies was observed near the diaper changing station.
